VEYRITH Return & Refund Policy

At VEYRITH, we want you to love what you wear. If a piece doesn't fit or meet your expectations, we offer hassle-free returns within 30 days of delivery.

Eligibility for Returns

• Condition: Items must be unworn, unwashed, unaltered, and free of stains, perfume, or deodorant.

• Tags & Packaging: Original tags must remain attached, and items must be returned in their original packaging.

• Non-Returnable Items: Final sale items, gift cards, customized/personalized pieces, and intimate wear (such as bodysuits or swimwear with removed hygiene liners) cannot be returned.
  
  

  Refund Process & Timing

  • Inspection: Once received at our warehouse, returns are inspected within 3–5 business days.

  • Processing: Upon approval, your refund will automatically be issued to your original payment method.

  • Bank Posting: Please allow 5–10 business days for your financial institution to post the funds to your account.

  Note: Original shipping charges paid at checkout are non-refundable.

  Exchanges & Damaged Orders

  • Exchanges: The fastest way to get a different size or color is to submit an exchange request through our portal. We'll dispatch your new item as soon as the carrier scans your return package.

  • Damaged or Incorrect Items: Please contact us at support@veyrith.com within 48 hours of delivery with photos of the issue, and our team will resolve it immediately.
